We collect information you voluntarily provide (e.g., name, email, phone) via email, forms, or direct contact. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiries or fulfill requests. We do not sell or rent your information. We may share it only as needed to complete services (e.g., shipping).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. If you have an emergency or unavoidable circumstance, please reach out—we’re happy to work with you where possible.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your trip once at no additional charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Any further changes may incur a rescheduling fee.


💰 Refunds

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled departure.

  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of departure are eligible for a 50% refund of your deposit.

  • No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled departure unless we are able to fill your spot.

  • If you cancel within 3 hours of departure, you will be charged 50% of the total trip price, unless rescheduled.


🚫 No Call / No Show

  • A No Call / No Show will be charged the full trip price + 20% automatic gratuity, with no exceptions.

  • If your trip was booked using a gift card or certificate, and you fail to show up or cancel, the full value is forfeited.


🌧️ Weather Cancellations

If your trip is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or be given the option to reschedule—your choice.
